M4C Distillery

In the 1930s, additional factory buildings were constructed and used as a distillery, transitioning from the Taipei Brewery and Distillery under the Monopoly Bureau to the Tobacco & Liquor Corporation Monopoly Bureau. Brewed wine refers to wine with a higher alcohol concentration obtained after distillation. The building, located next to the rice wine factory, features three open floors to accommodate a distillation machine. A brewing water tower was once installed on the top floor. Water was drawn from the adjacent well chamber on the west side and supplied to the main production area.
